1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE: this document contains the general conditions of sale for our website "www.mynatuland.com" The parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by these terms and conditions, excluding any condition previously cited on the web or established by an authorized representative of our company.
2. VALIDATION OF ORDERS: all orders must comply with these general conditions of sale, as well as with the prices and description of the products sold. MyNatuland undertakes to send the requested orders as long as they are in stock. If the item is out of stock, MyNatuland reserves the right to send the customer an alternative item of similar or superior characteristics and of the same value. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
3. PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS: the prices indicated on the website are valid for 10 days. The prices include the costs of processing the orders. The invoice that will be sent to the client will include the prices of the products and the costs of processing the order.
The prices shown are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks, except in the event of significant changes in costs, including taxes, save for error or omission.
Any promotion offered through discount vouchers will be valid for a certain period of time. MyNatuland reserves the right to change prices at any time.
4. TRANSPORTATION FEES: Unless otherwise stated, MyNatuland reserves the right to work with the carrier of its choice. In any case, our company will not be responsible for possible delays that orders may suffer, for damages that packages may suffer or for lost packages.
5. PACKAGING: Unless otherwise stated, MyNatuland only abides by its own packaging standards based on the selected method of transportation. If a customer asks MyNatuland for their order to be packed in a specific way, the cost of the order will be borne by the customer.
6. PAYMENT METHOD: discounts and promotional codes will only be applied to the total value of the requested items. In no case will they be deducted from the shipping costs associated with the order. MyNatuland reserves the right to request the customer to make the payment in advance or to request necessary personal information, so that the payment is made securely. MyNatuland reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in the following cases: if there is a dispute with the buyer, if the payment is not in accordance with the terms of our conditions or if the bank denies the authorization of payment through the credit card.
7. CUSTOMS FEES: Unless otherwise provided, the expenses associated with customs fees will be borne by MyNatuland. These fees are included in the price of the item. On the other hand, sometimes customs may detain a package for reasons beyond our control, so MyNatuland declines all responsibility for additional expenses that customs may require in these cases. The client must decide if he pays these expenses or not, in order to receive his order.
8. IMPORT / EXPORT PERMIT: in the event that the client wants to be refunded the customs fees that he eventually paid, he must be in possession of an import and export license. In this case MyNatuland will provide you with a copy of the invoice with the necessary information to carry out the process.
9. LOSS AND DAMAGES: MyNatuland is not responsible for packages that have been lost or damaged during transit. In such a situation, the buyer must go directly to the transport company responsible for sending his order. If the customer decides to claim that the package has been damaged before the carrier took care of it, they must provide MyNatuland with an official document signed by the carrier, stating that the package has been picked up under these conditions by it.
10. RETURN CONDITIONS: items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items that have a size problem (that the size received is different from the measurements indicated on the page) or that have a quality problem, may be returned without any shipping cost. Returns made for any other reason will be borne by the customer. To minimize shipping costs, MyNatuland provides customers with a return label, the value of which will be removed from the amount of their refund. The cost of the label is $ 9.99 Dlls.. Items must be sent in their original packaging and in impeccable condition, just as they were received. The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, pajamas, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (with the exception of scarves, bags, and blankets). MyNatuland reserves the right to deny a refund for items that do not comply with these conditions of sale.
11. CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE: MyNatuland will not be responsible in any case for the breach of the obligations stipulated in these conditions in the event of an accident of force majeure, such as natural catastrophes, fires, wars, strikes, riots, attacks, floods, impossibility of obtaining raw materials or in any circumstance that is outside the scope of MyNatuland.
12. LEGAL FEES AND EXPENSES: The client will agree to indemnify MyNatuland for any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by a third party as a result of or due to the violation of these terms and conditions.
13. LIABILITY: MyNatuland disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any of its items, individually or in combination with other items, that occurs after order acceptance. MyNatuland is not responsible for an error regarding the quantity of items delivered, unless the customer informs MyNatuland within 30 days after the delivery of the package, with the proof of an official document signed by the carrier that establishes that the package has been picked up in this condition.
14. WARRANTY: all products sold by MyNatuland are guaranteed that they are delivered to the customer without material and manufacturing defects. All are manufactured to the relevant industry standards. This warranty is in lieu of and excludes any other warranties not expressly stated herein, whether expressed or implied by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No agent, employee or representative of MyNatuland is authorized to waive the terms of this warranty or to make modifications, additions, representations or warranties that are not included herein. You have 30 days from the delivery date.
15. REMEDIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MyNatuland disclaims all liability for direct or indirect loss, damage or direct or indirect expense arising directly or indirectly from the sale, handling or use of the items, or any other related cause. MyNatuland’s liability is limited solely to the replacement of items that do not comply with this contract and to a refund of an amount equal to the purchase price of your items, even in the event of a claim related to a breach of this guarantee. If MyNatuland claims the return of certain items, they must be returned in accordance with the instructions established by MyNatuland. The remedies mentioned in this paragraph constitute the sole and exclusive remedy that may be presented by the buyer. MyNatuland undertakes to act in good faith to remedy any breach of liability.
16. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUYER: the buyer declares that the requested items are suitable for the use for which they are intended. In no case may MyNatuland’s competence or judgment be questioned in the selection and/or design of the items present on www.Mynatuland.com. Buyer represents that use of the items will comply with all applicable governmental requirements. Within the limits specified by applicable law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MyNatuland, its group, its agents, its employees, its representatives or any affiliated company. This compensation includes all costs (including legal fees) of damages arising from actual or claimed claims and penalties imposed by MyNatuland for any violation of any state law, regional regulation or otherwise.
17. GOVERNING LAW – This agreement and matters relating to its performance shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, Estados Unidos law. In addition, it will be interpreted that the agreement is between merchants.
18. GENERAL – Our Company agrees to supply only products that conform to the Fair Labor Standard Act of 1939.
19. EMAILS AND SMS – When you register on our website, and agree to receive marketing information, we can send you emails and messages with news and promotions. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe in any of the messages or emails we send you, at any time. For more detailed information, please read our privacy policy.
Note: our company does not accept any type of claim for orders placed one year or more ago.
